When you buy a digital product created by Tampopow, you only buy the RIGHT TO USE the elements for personal use or for the sale of physical (non-digital) products created with it on a small scale.
You are NOT buying the intellectual right, therefore, SHARING AND/OR RESALE of Tampopow digital products is PROHIBITED . This act constitutes a crime provided for by LAW No. 9,610, of February 19, 1998, article 101.
1. PERSONAL USE
1.1. WHAT YOU CAN
Produce items for personal and non-profit use.
Create and publish, as advertising, your digital pages, hybrid works and party favors, as long as proper credit is given. (Ex.: "Image: www.tampopow.com")
Customize blog and logos with proper credits. (Ex.: "Image: www.tampopow.com")
1.2. YOU CAN NOT
Claim these graphics as your own. You only have a personal use license.
Change these graphics and say they are yours.
You cannot create digital designs with Tampopow products, either for sale, exchange or for free distribution.
In no way give, distribute, exchange or sell any of Tampopow's products. Instead, indicate the Tampopow site so that the person can also purchase our products, because behind this store there is a professional who works designing and creating these products, so it's only fair to pay for this service, right? All our products are made with great care and dedication and we ask only your respect in return.
2. COMMERCIAL USE
Tampopow products can be used to create and/or sell physical (non-digital) works made by you on a small scale (ie, direct to the customer), such as keepsakes, invitations, albums, scrap decor and the like.
Digital art personalized by you may not be made available, sold, given away for free, exchanged or shared.
Remember to put credits when using a digital product.
